Families are complex systems. Most of us do not question our family system, it is like the air we breathe – it just is! Your parents inherited their family system and then blended it together to create the system you grew up in.
Most of us want peace and harmony in our families as well as a sense of belonging, support, respect and being heard and understood. All of this is possible. Families are complex systems with many unwritten rules and roles that may need to be examined. Often I hear parents say, “This is the way it is supposed to be!” There may be some discrepancy between “the reality of how the family is working” and “the way it is supposed to be.” Sometimes it is important to question what you believe, especially if it isn’t working. Maybe there is another way that would work for everyone.
I want to help you hear each other as fellow human beings and to explore ways to meet each other’s individual and family needs. Every group needs a system to maintain itself in harmony. If your family system is not working in a way that you enjoy, I can help you redesign yours in a way that each of you can be satisfied and willing to participate in.

Family is important to me, and I want to support you to create the family system that will support each of you to have a sense of belonging and thrive together.
I would like to offer you a choice in how we structure our financial arrangement. For ease and predictability, I enjoy using package arrangements. I also believe that making a commitment to a specific number of sessions can support you in your process. To encourage you to make use of the package arrangement there is an hourly discount built in. Hourly rates are also available.
Package Arrangements (payable at the start of your package session)
- 5 hour package, $300
- 10 hour package, $500
- 20 hour package, $750
- Includes individual sessions, joint sessions, family meetings, follow-up meetings and written plan if desired.
- Additional time can be arranged at that time.
- Cancellation requires 24 hour notice to prevent charge.
- Unused time (if over 30 minutes) can be given to another to use.
Hourly Rate: $75
- Night & Weekend appointments to be paid 24 hours in advance
