Individual Sessions

Whether you want to be free from a specific conflict, or want to create the life you desire, or a closer relationship with spirit, or healing from past hurts Peace Matters was created to support you. Often when working with individuals, I notice our time together moves between these contexts:

Conflict Coaching refers to supporting individuals as they explore internal and interpersonal conflicts, experience a new understanding of the conflict and then possibly prepare them selves to re-enter the situation in an intentional and empowered way.

Personal Coaching refers to supporting individuals as they explore specifically what they want to experience in their lives, and then continue to support them as they co-create and manifest the life they truly desire.

Spiritual Direction points to a journey with another individual as they explore meaning in their life, and their relationship with spirit, self and others. I am not interested in advising you as to what is right or wrong, true or false. I am very interested in walking a journey with you as you explore what is true for you.

Healing & Reconciliation is a process that supports individuals to heal from situations that are preventing them from experiencing inner peace, love and joy. Often the person that stimulated the original pain is not available to participate in the process, and yet the process works just the same.

Costs:

I would like to offer you a choice in how we structure our financial arrangement. For ease and predictability, I enjoy using package arrangements. I also believe that making a commitment to a specific number of sessions can support you in your process. To encourage you to make use of the package arrangement there is an hourly discount built in. Hourly rates are also available.
