Relationships can be difficult at times, especially when you care for each other. Although once you are experiencing pain or conflict, you may not be aware of your feelings of care the same as when your relationship is experiencing harmony. In intimate relationships, individuals generally have habitual ways of relating to each other when conflict arises. These habitual ways of relating to conflict generally produce similar outcomes and disagreements.

The process of mediation allows individuals to hear each other, and to be heard in ways that they really want to be heard. Amazingly, sometimes seemingly miraculously, relationships are transformed and recreated.

Mediation and couples counseling helps individuals cut though habitual ways of relating to each other that are not working. The process allows individuals to hear each other, and to be heard in ways that they really want to be heard. Amazingly, sometimes seemingly miraculously, relationships are transformed and recreated. Individuals are able to release the bonds of past hurts, and begin living in the present moment and look towards a new future.

Relationships are in need of tending and care. As you begin to imagine what you really want from each other and yourself, I can help you find ways to create agreements and solutions as you begin to realize your new ways of being together.

Costs:

I would like to offer you choice in how we structure our financial agreement. For ease, I enjoy using packages and you will notice that the cost per hour is discounted. Each situation is different and may take more or possibly less time. I have found that intimate relationships require some investment of your time and energy.

Package Cost: $750, 10 hours (payable at beginning of process)
Includes: Pre-mediation, mediation sessions, post-mediation and written agreement (if desired)
